How do I manually configure my computer to use 1-2-Free UK ISP internet services?
If you are comfortable with manually configuring your PC for fast dial up access all you need to know is:

Free 0845 Dial up Number: 0845 088 4191
Free 0845 Dial up Username: isp@dialup
Free 0845 Dial up Password: connect
Alternatively you can login to your account and select the "reinstall my settings" option from the panel on the left hand side. This will install your 0845 dial up settings
How do I set up a web site?
A web site is automatically created for you when you sign up to use our service. You can find it at
www.your-mailaddress.12freeukisp.co.uk
for example, if my 1-2-Free e-mail address is administrator@12freeukisp.co.uk, then my web space would be:
www.administrator.12freeukisp.co.uk
I've created some web space but it won't allow me to FTP to it, what could be wrong?
There are two possible reasons you can not FTP.
1. You must be using a 1-2-Free UK ISP dial up to access your free web space.
2. Web space only becomes available for FTP 24hrs from when you create it.
How do I access my user control panel?
You can access your user control panel directly by clicking on this URL http://signup.12FreeUKISP.co.uk/admin You'll need to have your username and password ready.
How do I set up more Free POP 3 addresses?
Login to your user control panel and select "Add an Account" from the menu.
How do I access my free email account via webmail?
You can access your email account via the webmail page on the 12Free site or by going direct to the webmail URL http://webmail.12freeukisp.co.uk We suggest that you bookmark it for future reference.
What do I have to pay to use 1-2-Free UK ISP?
Nothing directly. You use an 0845 dial-up number to dial up to the Internet with 1-2-Free UK ISP. This is charged to your phone bill as a local rate call. We make a fraction of a penny per minute that you use the connection. This enables us to provide everything else free of charge.
Can I Use a Free ISP for Gaming?
Yes you certainly can. There are a wide range of games you can find online. If you are playing Doom, Unreal Tournament, Half Life or similar, our service will certainly work.
